Privacy policy
This page describes what gusappint.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only — not any product we may build for you under a separate contract.
Who we are. GusApp International FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP 001 - 22240, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything on this page, write to info@gusappint.com.

What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form, plus what any web server unavoidably sees.
- From the form: your name, your email address, your company name if you choose to give it, and the message you write.
- Automatically, when you submit the form: your IP address and the time of submission. We include these in the request so we can recognise duplicate or automated submissions.
- In the web server log: the usual request records — IP address, time, page requested, browser user-agent.
- By the spam check, if you reach the contact form: your IP address and signals about your browser go to Cloudflare, which answers only whether the submission looks automated. It never sees what you wrote. Described in full below.
What this site does not do
For most websites this section would be the long one. Here it is short, and that is the point — the less a site collects, the less there is to explain.
- Cookies. This site sets none at all — not for analytics, not for preferences, not for the spam check. The notice you saw on arrival exists to say so. Whichever button you pressed, nothing about the site changed, because there is nothing here to switch off; your answer is kept in your own browser so the notice does not come back.
- Analytics and tracking. We run no Google Analytics, Meta pixel, tag manager, session recorder or A/B testing tool, so we cannot tell you how many people read this page.
- Third-party content. Every font, image, script and video here is served from our own server, with one exception: the spam check on the contact form. Its script is fetched from Cloudflare only once you scroll that far, so reading the page without using the form reports your visit to nobody except us.
- Advertising profiles. We neither build them nor buy them, and nothing you do here is fed into one.
- Selling or sharing your data. Your enquiry goes to us and stays with us; it is not passed to advertisers, data brokers or partners.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We use what you send through the form for exactly one purpose: to read your request and reply to it. The lawful basis is your own request to be contacted — you filled in the form asking us to get in touch. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Server logs exist so we can keep the site running and investigate abuse. That is our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website. The spam check on the form rests on the same basis: without it the form fills with advertising scripts, and a real enquiry gets lost among them.
Where it goes
Your submission is delivered to our own inbox and mirrored to a private internal Telegram chat so an enquiry is not missed while an email sits in a spam folder. Both are accessible only to people working at GusApp International.
The website runs on a dedicated server in Germany. Because we are based in the UAE, reading your message means it is accessed from the UAE. If you are in the EU or the UK, that is a transfer outside your jurisdiction, and by sending the form you are asking us to make it.
We use exactly one external processor, and only on the contact form: Cloudflare, Inc. runs the spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile). Your browser fetches a small script from Cloudflare when you reach the form, and Cloudflare sees your IP address and technical signals about your browser in order to answer one question — person or script. It does not receive your name, your email address or your message, and we do not use it to recognise you or follow you anywhere. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs what it does with that.
Beyond it there is nothing: no marketing platform, no CRM vendor, no cloud form service. If you would rather not involve Cloudflare at all, write to info@gusappint.com instead — it reaches the same people and skips the form entirely.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for up to 12 months, in case you come back and the earlier context is useful, then deleted.
- Enquiries that become projects: kept for the life of the working relationship and afterwards for as long as UAE company and tax law requires us to retain business records.
- Server logs: rotated every day and deleted after 14 days.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. We will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
What you can ask for
Whatever your location, we will honour these on request:
- a copy of what we hold about you;
- correction of anything wrong;
- deletion of your enquiry;
- an end to any further contact from us.
Write to info@gusappint.com and we will respond within 30 days. You do not need to explain why, and asking costs nothing.
If you are in the EU or the UK, these correspond to your rights under the GDPR, including the right to object and the right to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in the UAE, they correspond to your rights under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted. Access to the inbox and the internal chat is limited to the people who need it. We will not pretend that any system is unbreakable — but we hold very little about you, which is the most reliable protection there is.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how this site handles your data — adding analytics, for instance — we will update this page and change the date above before the change goes live, not after.
